Phew, what a whirlwind the last few weeks have been. Took a wonderful break from work to be with friends and family over Christmas, ate way too much food, and snuggled my nephews until my heart burst. And not to mention I will be having more friend and family time later this week! I sure do love the Holidays!!
But before any of that went down, Jordan and I were on a two week trip to Australia where we quickly fell in love with traveling and exploring new places all over again. You know what else we fell in love with? Natasha and Jeff. I say it a lot...but I am so LUCKY to have this job. I am so lucky to have people that believe in and cherish my work enough to fly me half way across the globe. I am so lucky to call these people my friends after sharing amazing moments together. I am so lucky to have an amazing husband who travels on these amazing adventures with me and who never stops supporting me. I could go on and on and on.
These moments are the ones I thrive on. Photography is more than a job for me. It is more than a camera. It is my vision. It is how I experience the world, how I see things through my eyes...and my heart. No one else in the entire universe has my vision and my heart. That in itself is a magical thing. Jeff and Natasha believed in my vision and my work. So I hopped on a plane and captured the Australian light for the first time. Captured their beautiful wedding with my vision. Explored with them the day before they wed. What wonderful moments we shared. So below is the day before their wedding, the final moment before they said their vows. I was there for all of it. What a wonderful and special gift. Their wedding will be coming soon! Cheers to more adventures and more moments like this!!
